What to do

While Loading is shown, wait and do not repeat the action.

An empty state means no matching records; remove filters or create the first record if offered.

Access denied means the account or role cannot use that action; do not alter the URL.

Offline means network-dependent actions will wait; preserve drafts and reconnect.

For an error, note the page, time and reference and retry only once.
What success looks like
You can choose a safe next step without duplicating an operation.
If something goes wrong
The action does not complete.
Check your connection, wait for the button to finish, then retry once. If it still fails, report the page, time and reference shown.
