What to do

Open Resources and filter by type, format, category or geography.

Open the resource page and review its summary, date and access conditions.

Choose View or Download once and wait for the browser response.
- 4
If loading does not finish, retry once or use the report-problem steps.
What success looks like
The resource opens or downloads with its original filename and safe content type.
If something goes wrong
The action does not complete.
Check your connection, wait for the button to finish, then retry once. If it still fails, report the page, time and reference shown.
